If becoming a nurse is your calling, Tulane University’s accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (aBSN) program in New Orleans can set you on a path to accomplishing your goal. Our accelerated BSN program builds upon your previous college experience, allowing you to earn your Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in as few as 16 months.

Our accelerated BSN program is comprised of online learning, hands-on nursing skills labs and simulation experiences, and clinical rotations. This blended model provides you with both the flexibility of online learning and the critical experiential learning necessary for a nursing career.

With three start dates a year, in January, May, and September, you can be well on your way to earning your BSN and becoming a registered nurse sooner than you might think. Our accelerated BSN program instills in you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) and earn your nursing license.
